• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Support management to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Be a role model for customer experience.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive it.
• Perform POS on designated shifts and supervise in Store Manager's absence.
