Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in a high-volume apparel/retail environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May travel to other store locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support management to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model for the customer experience and team standards.
• Handle store standards for merchandising and operations on shift.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Create a positive work environment with a professional attitude.
• Perform POS transactions on shifts and supervise in absence of Store Manager.
