Aéropostale in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will help drive sales, supervise during shifts, and ensure store standards for merchandising and operations.

You will model our values and partner with the Store Manager to develop a positive team atmosphere. Flexible availability, a customer-focused attitude, and previous supervisory experience in apparel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a retail/volume apparel environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and performance targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations.

Responsibilities

• Support management to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model for the customer experience and store standards.
• Execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
