Job summary

Reebok is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor at our Aurora, IL store to support the management team and deliver the best possible customer experience while achieving sales goals. You will help execute store operations and maintain a visually appealing environment that motivates teammates and customers alike.

This role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. You will model our values, mentor staff, handle POS transactions on shifts, and step in for the Store Manager as needed

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.

• Support the management team to ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.
