Job Objective
Process donated goods in the back room or warehouse, following all procedures set by The Salvation Army. Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors. Maintain a clean, organized work and shopping environment. Handle transactions accurately.

Essential Functions

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise as instructed.
• Track production numbers and report in the assigned location.
• Move priced merchandise to the floor for display and stocking, or to the designated shipping area in the warehouse.
• Assist donors with donations, complete donation receipts, collect donor information, and track donors.
• Power sort donations into correct bins.
• Receive ARC Center Trucks, load, unload, and move products to the correct departments.
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces.
• Follow all Salvation Army policies regarding merchandise sales.
• Help keep the sales floor stocked and put out new merchandise as assigned. Work towards daily production goals. Must be flexible with schedule.
