• Support Wireless Sales Consultants in selling Verizon products and services to guests.
• Represent the store positively and deliver excellent customer service.
• Learn Victra/Verizon products and promotions and keep knowledge up to date.
• Encourage customers to buy and build rapport to drive sales.
• Assist in preparing sales contracts and processing payments.
• Address customer questions and provide information on products and services.
• Advise customers on product use, care, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and store presentation.
• Contribute to merchandising and overall store appearance; handle returns professionally.
