Job summary

Victra is seeking a part-time Store Operations Consultant in New Jersey to support Wireless Sales Staff and drive store performance. You will engage customers, explain Verizon products, process sales contracts, and maintain accurate records while upholding Victra policies.

The role emphasizes flexible retail hours, strong communication, and initiative to take on additional responsibilities as needed. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and reading various reports will be essential.
• Retail sales experience is preferred (1–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the store's sales goals set by the Store Manager.
• Represent the store with excellent customer service.
• Learn Victra/Verizon products and promotions and keep knowledge current.
• Inspire customers to buy and assist with sales contracts and payments.
• Answer customer queries and provide product advice.
• Maintain sales records for inventory control and assist in merchandising.
