Job summary

Meijer is hiring an entry-level General Merchandise Clerk to provide outstanding customer service, product knowledge and friendly assistance. You will support merchandising, pricing and inventory tasks while collaborating with teammates across multiple departments.

This role is ideal for a people-oriented individual who enjoys helping customers and learning our products. You will use technology to complete tasks, stock displays, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced environment,

This position will be responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service and a friendly attitude. This entry level team member position will be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service and merchandising.

We are searching for a new member of the Meijer family! As we grow, we're seeking an entry-level team member to join us as a General Merchandise Clerk who is able to complete a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, pricing, inventory, and merchandising. What will you be doing?

• You will build rapport with customers.
