About The Role

In this role, you will execute sales floor merchandising, pricing, and recovery, and deliver excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

1. Execute store merchandising standards following merchandise and visual guidelines for product presentation in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Re-merchandise and replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell-through and seasonal changes, focusing on customer experience.
3. Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
4. Execute pricing activities (e.g., price changes, sign changes, ticketing) accurately and promptly.
5. Prevent loss by following all product protection standards.
6. Support and partner with other associates on merchandising incoming product.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and pay strong attention to detail.
2. Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
3. No retail experience required.
4. Must be 16 years of age or older.
5. Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in client-facing retail or service industry roles.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $21.65
