About the Role

In this role, you will execute sales floor merchandising, pricing, and recovery, and deliver excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

1. Execute store merchandising standards following merchandise and visual guidelines for product presentation in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Remerchandise and replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell-through and seasonal changes, focusing on customer experience.
3. Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
4. Execute pricing activities (e.g., price changes, sign changes, ticketing) accurately and promptly.
5. Prevent loss by following all product protection standards.
6. Support and collaborate with other associates on merchandising incoming products.
