Job summary

Cheerwine in Kannapolis, NC seeks a team-oriented associate to move freight, stock shelves, and serve customers on a daily rotation. The role includes organizing back stock, pallets, and displays while ensuring damaged or out‑of‑date products are removed promptly.

You will communicate with the sales and delivery team, adapt to changing schedules, and maintain clean, well‑stocked accounts. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable insurance documentation.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts and routes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers by stocking shelves and displays; ensure shelves are neat.
• Maintain back stock, break down and place pallets and crates orderly.
• Bundle and stage shells/flats, damaged or out‑of‑date products for pickup.
• Communicate issues or opportunities with sales and delivery team.
• Adhere to daily route schedules and service accounts each day.
• Inspect shelves, end caps, and allocated spaces for cleanliness.
• Rotate stock to maintain freshness; pull and discard damaged items.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures; assist with reorganizations.

Shift: 1st (Includes Weekends)Description: Move freight, stock, or other materials, or perform other general labor.Summary: Serves and orders products for customers by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Serves customers assigned by ensuring that all deliveries are properly worked by stocking our designated shelves and displays; ensuring that back stock is properly broken down and placed on appropriate pallets, bunkers, or trailers in an organized fashion; gathering all shells/flats, pallets to be picked up, and damaged or out of date be bundled and placed in the pickup area for the next delivery.Communicates issues, problems, or opportunities with the sales and delivery team.Be aware of new product offering(s), sales events/promotions, and display opportunities.Adheres to a daily schedule and ensures each account is serviced daily. Must adapt to any changes in work assignments and support organizational restructuring efforts.Inspects and maintains customers’ shelves, end caps, and other allocated spaces to ensure they are clean and neat.Audits and pulls out-of-date or damaged products, and rotates products to maintain the freshest product level possible.Follows all company policies and procedures set forth by management.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
