Qualifications

• High school completion required and at least one year of retail management experience.
• Ability to stand for shifts and occasionally lift 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs).
• Experience with inventory, cash handling and basic sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: achieve sales goals by delivering customer experiences and promoting promos.
• Piercing Excellence: participate in piercing services and aftercare education.
• Maintain store displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Support Store Manager with team motivation and sales tips.
• Represent the Claire's brand and stay current with fashion/social trends.
• Oversee store operations including cash handling, merchandising, and promotions.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire's hauls on social media.
