Job summary

Pacsun is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager for Independence Mall in Wilmington, NC. You will support store leadership to deliver a customer-focused, top-line sales driven environment.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll help coach team members, supervise daily operations, and ensure visual and policy standards are met in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role requires strong communications, basic math and computer skills, and a passion for fashion and brands. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior college degree required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are expected.
• Proven math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-focused store environment and deliver an engaging shopping experience.
• Support the Store Manager with store operations and KPI execution.
• Lead by example during peak periods and coach Sales Associates.
• Ensure policies, procedures and safety standards are followed.
• Assist in visual merchandising and stock management.
