Job summary

Newell Brands, operating Yankee Candle, seeks a 2nd Assistant Store Manager in Tannersville, PA to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest and employee experience while driving profitable top-line sales growth.

You will help build and coach a high-performing team, maintain store standards, and execute company selling strategies. The role requires flexibility, weekend/holiday availability, and ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Retail management experience; 2 years preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
