Job summary

You will lead customer service with The 3C’s—Connect, Consult & Close—demonstrate product knowledge, supervise inventory (RFID), pricing, and store appearance, and ensure staffing aligns with business needs.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of Levi Strauss & Co.’s history and heritage.
• Provide exceptional customer service using The 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed store and personal sales and performance goals daily.
• Comply with cash handling guidelines and loss prevention programs.
• Assist with replenishment, pricing, and maintaining store appearance to brand standards.
• Support RFID-enabled inventory processes and general housekeeping on the selling floor.
