Qualifications

• Must be able to conduct piercings with patience for young customers.
• Proficient in operating a POS system for transactions and sales flow.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Ability to stand for shifts and lift 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences and upselling accessories.
• Train as a piercing expert and guide customers through the process and aftercare.
• Maintain appealing store displays and organized inventory.
• Support Store Manager with team motivation and sales tips.
• Represent the Claire's brand and stay current with fashion trends and promos.
• Oversee store operations, cash handling, and promotional activities.
