You will support the Store Manager, coach staff, ensure policy compliance, and help deliver exceptional service while maintaining visual standards and store operations. This part-time position requires flexibility, weekend availability, and strong communication, math, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Assists Store Manager in leading a customer focused, sales driven store.
• Ensures policies and procedures are followed and KPIs are met.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Sales Associates on performance.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized store and stockroom.
• Delivers an engaging customer experience and models PacSun standards.
• Supports scheduling to meet operational needs including weekends.
• Helps execute visual directives and maintains product presentation.
