Qualifications

• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, motivate and mentor team to foster a positive work environment.
• Create and manage employee schedules; balance staffing with demand.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory management including stock orders and tracking.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Perform hands-on tasks such as answering phones, taking orders, and basic food prep.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Collaborate with upper management to implement company policies and store goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency strategies.
