Ace Hardware Daytona Beach is seeking an Assistant Manager (Part Time) to oversee store operations, drive customer service excellence, and support leadership in daily activities.

The role emphasizes supervision, inventory control, merchandising and maintaining a welcoming, safe store environment for customers and staff. Applicants should have high school or GED and prior retail management experience is preferred.

• Leadership to guide associates and support store operations.
• Experience in supervising store operations and adherence to SOPs.
• Ability to manage inventory, merchandising and promotions with accuracy.

• Supervise the store in the absence of the Store Manager and lead by example.
• Open and close the store, maintain safety and loss prevention.
• Assist with price changes, signage, floor merchandising and housekeeping.
• Provide friendly, product‑knowledgeable service and resolve customer issues promptly.
