Job summary

Aéropostale is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support management in delivering a great customer experience and achieving sales targets. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and foster a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers.

You will report to the Store Manager and contribute to merchandising, customer service, and store performance while balancing flexibility with responsibilities during shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel store.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistics.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support management to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Be a role model for customer experience.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met.
• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and supervise in the absence of Store Manager.
