You will support store opening/closing, drive sales goals, and mentor staff while maintaining visual standards and operational efficiency. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail industry.
• 1+ year experience in retail management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Perform operational duties including opening/closing registers, visual merchandising, inventory, and light housekeeping.
