Piercing services training and adherence to sterile protocols are essential parts of the role. Ideal candidates bring at least one year of retail leadership or sales-driving experience, strong POS skills, and a passion for fashion and customer delight.

Qualifications

• Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and store operations.
• Ability to conduct piercings and maintain a sterile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: crush sales goals by delivering customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting promos.
• Piercing excellence: train and guide customers, conduct piercings, provide aftercare education, ensure cleanliness.
• Keep store fresh: maintain appealing displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Team collaboration: motivate the team, share sales tips, and create a positive, high-energy vibe.
• Brand representation: showcase Claire's products and stay current with fashion and social media trends to boost sales.
