Qualifications

• Some high school completed; at least one year of retail management experience.
• Proficient with POS systems to process transactions and manage sales.
• Able to stand for shifts and lift 11–35kg (25–75 lbs).
• Strong math skills for inventory and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
• Piercing training: guide customers through piercing process, aftercare, and sterile procedures.
• Keep the store visually appealing with displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate the team and maintain a high-energy, customer-friendly vibe.
• Showcase Claire's products, stay current with fashion/social media trends, and help customers find their style.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire's haul on social media to boost engagement.
