Job summary

Claire’s is seeking a Part-Time Manager in Dickinson, ND to lead store sales, train staff, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences. You will drive promos, manage inventory, and maintain store presentation while partnering with the Store Manager.

Ideal candidate has at least one year of retail management experience, strong math skills for till and inventory, and a passion for fashion and social media trends to boost sales.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with a POS system to manage transactions and store operations.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift 25–75 lbs (11–35 kg).
• Passion for fashion and helping customers express themselves.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: deliver exceptional customer experiences to hit sales goals and promote promos.
• Piercing Excellence: participate in piercing training and education on aftercare in a sterile setting.
• Keep It Fresh: maintain attractive displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Team Collaboration: support Store Manager with motivation and sales tips.
• Brand Representation: showcase Claire's products aligned with fashion trends to boost sales.
• Store Operations: oversee inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotions.
• Create Shareable Moments: encourage customers to share their Claire’s haul on social media.
