Job summary

Cotton On is hiring a part-time Key Holder to manage shifts, lead a store team, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will handle transactions, assist with inventory, and maintain store standards while fostering a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail, leadership experience, and strong communication skills. Evening/weekend availability is expected in a fast-paced fashion setting. Hourly wage ranges from $18 to $21.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Minimum of 1+ year of acting retail leadership/management experience that allowed you the opportunity to lead aspects of the business and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Lead the store team as part of management
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity
• Engage with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully
• Train and mentor new associates as needed
• Interact collaboratively and work as part of a team toward common goals
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others
• Acting in a respectful manner to customers, managers and peers
