Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Part time Sales Lead in Portland, OR to create an engaging environment for customers and associates. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and mentor the team to ensure smooth store operations and outstanding service.

You will step into a Manager role when needed, guiding staff to meet brand standards while delivering exceptional shopping experiences for diverse customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Passion for styling and love of working with people
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support their shopping experiences.
• Share your knowledge of our products and services with customers to outfit and inspire them.
