Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join the store team. You will act as MOD in the absence of the Store Manager and drive daily sales while coaching colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Organize store merchandise and backstock; ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Train and coach employees on policies and procedures.
