Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in the manager's absence.
• Deliver consistently positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock; ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service at all times.
• Upsell customers on multiple products and accessories.
• Uphold Clarks brand standards and policies on loss prevention.
