Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our retail team in the United States. The role supports store leadership by delivering sales results, coaching staff, and upholding brand standards.

The Team Lead will organize merchandise, supervise shipments, and train employees while ensuring top-notch customer service and adherence to policies. This position requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with an emphasis on creating a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Manager.
• Deliver consistent sales performance and service quality.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Upsell multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent and embody the Clarks brand in-store.
• Adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Foster a welcoming environment for colleagues.
• Physical duties include standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
