Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our store in Folsom, CA. You will lead and support associates, drive sales, and ensure store standards while the Store Manager is away.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Deliver consistently positive sales performance.
• Organize merchandise and back stock; ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee shipment receipt and maintain a clean work area.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories.
• Exemplify the Clarks Brand.
• Follow policies on loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Physical: standing, bending, climbing, ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
