Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our Maryland store team. You will act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, drive daily sales, supervise merchandising, and coach staff to deliver outstanding customer service while upholding Clarks standards.

You will organize back stock, assist in training, and ensure loss prevention policies are followed. This role requires enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for footwear.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or as a lead/supervisor.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to train and coach associates on policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate impeccable customer service and upsell when appropriate.
