Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Helly Hansen Keyholder at Seattle Premium Outlets. You will open and close the store, support sales performance, and deliver a high level of customer service while upholding merchandising standards.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work a flexible schedule, and a focus on loss prevention and store operations. Prior retail experience is a plus, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum availability 30 hours per week, including one weekend day and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand experience and customer service excellence in-store.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and clean, organized sales floor.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures and manage freight processing.
• Provide product information and assist with loyalty sign-ups and sales targets.
• Support leadership as Manager on Duty and help onboard new team members.
