vineyard vines is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder for our Tulsa Premium Outlets location in Oklahoma. You will support store leadership, coach a team, and ensure a positive guest experience on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership or equivalent role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Charismatic personality and love for vineyard vines brand and community.
• Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coach, train and develop Crew to act as Brand Ambassadors.
• Collaborate with store leadership on strategic tasks to run the location.
• Open and close the store and manage daily operations.
• Balance demand for results with a positive, engaging customer experience.
