Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Wadsworth, OH is hiring a Retail Store Cleanliness Team Member to maintain a high standard of store appearance and cleanliness while delivering friendly customer service.

You will dust, mop floors, handle trash, and clean bathrooms and high-traffic areas, while assisting customers, stocking, and supporting checkout and omni-channel tasks as needed.

Evening, weekend, and early-morning shifts may be required; minimum age 16; base pay range is shown in the posting.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to support brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Dust, mop floors, and clean bathrooms and high-traffic areas.
• Assist with stocking, POS operations, and truck un-load.
