Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store floor care associate responsible for keeping our store environment clean and presentable. You will operate a scrubber and buffer, perform mopping, dusting, and window cleaning, and support multiple store areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate scrubber and buffer to maintain clean store floors.
• Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
• Maintain store cleanliness in Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and Associate Lounge.
• Follow health, safety and loss prevention policies; respond to coverage needs as needed.
• Cross‑train in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Assist with merchandising and signage adherence as required.
