Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Floor Care Associate to maintain a clean and organized store environment, operating floor scrubbers and buffers and performing dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and window cleaning. You will support multiple store areas as needed and uphold safety and loss prevention standards.

This role requires flexibility to work varying shifts and a strong focus on teamwork, with opportunities to develop within TJX’s expansive global family of brands.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, and window cleaning.
• Follow health, safety, and loss prevention policies; support store operations as needed.
• Cross-train in other store areas to assist during busy periods.
• Support Front End coverage and uphold merchandising signage standards.
