Kohl's is seeking a dedicated associate to help maintain a safe, clean store environment and provide excellent customer service. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, handle stockroom operations as needed, and assist customers with products and services.

Role emphasizes adherence to safety policies, teamwork, and flexibility across shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. No retail experience required; 18+ years old preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's standards.
• Use approved chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and supplies and rotate/store properly.
• Complete training for chemical use, equipment, and maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as directed.
• Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan and share information with the store team.
• Assist operations with stockroom and omnichannel fulfillment when needed.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.

What You’ll Do

• Clean all areas of the store (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures, guidelines, and methods
• Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
• Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers in preparation for their use
• Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
• Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
• Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
• Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services

Pay Range: $16.45 - $21.40
