Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, focusing on floor care.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and buffers.
• Perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning of glass and windows.
• Support store operations by maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas, including sales floor, backroom, and restrooms.
• Follow all health, safety, and loss prevention policies.
• Assist in store recovery and support coverage needs across departments.
• Ensure effective communication with management and team members.
