Job Description:

We are seeking a Store Cleaner responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care. Responsibilities include operating the scrubber and buffer, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. The role requires adherence to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, with cross-training to support various store areas as needed.

1. Model excellent customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
2. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
3. Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards, including the operation and maintenance of scrubbers and buffers.
4. Ensure cleanliness and organization across the entire store: Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms.
5. Follow all health and safety policies, including refilling essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End.
6. Be cross-trained in other store areas such as Backroom, Front End, and Sales Floor.
7. Support Front End coverage needs as required.
8. Uphold merchandising and signage standards.
9. Participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day.
10. Follow operational and loss prevention controls to reduce shrinkage.
11. Communicate effectively with management and team members.
12. Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures, including meal and break policies.
13. Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
