Join our team as an ALDI Cashier or Stocker and contribute to a positive shopping environment. Your responsibilities include operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and assisting customers. Enjoy a dynamic workday with new challenges each day.

Position Details

• Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Less than 30 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $17.50/hour
• Wage Progression: Year 2 - $18.00, Year 3 - $18.50, Year 4 - $18.50, Year 5 - $19.50

Key Responsibilities

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Process customer transactions, perform cleaning, stock shelves, and organize displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and gather feedback for management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor stock accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies to prevent loss

Stocker Specific Duties

• Stock and rotate products, follow merchandising plans, and organize inventory
• Operate machinery safely and follow safety protocols

Physical Requirements

Regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift (up to 45 pounds), and walk throughout the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform cleaning and interpret company policies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of company products and services

Additional for Cashier: Operate cash register efficiently and comply with alcohol sales regulations.

Additional for Stocker: Operate equipment safely, including hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and balers.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience preferred but not required
