Position Details

• Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Less than 30 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $18.00/hour
• Wage Progression: Year 2 - $18.50, Year 3 - $19.00, Year 4 - $19.00, Year 5 - $20.00

Responsibilities

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

General Duties

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and leaders
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Perform other assigned duties

Cashier Responsibilities

• Process purchases, clean, stock shelves, and display merchandise neatly
• Provide excellent customer service
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and issues
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses

Stocker Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and follow merchandising plans
• Organize inventory and break down boxes
• Operate machinery safely, including hand jacks and balers

Physical Demands

• Require sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting (up to 45 lbs), and walking

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service
• Perform cleaning duties to standards
• Interpret and apply policies
• Excellent communication skills
• Work independently and in teams
• Manage time effectively
• Knowledge of company products/services
• Operate cash register efficiently (Cashier)
• Handle alcohol sales legally (Cashier)
• Operate equipment safely (Stocker)
• Availability for morning shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m. (Stocker)

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience preferred
• Equivalent education and experience acceptable
