Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Philadelphia is seeking a part-time Store Associate to deliver friendly, efficient service on the retail floor and in the pharmacy area as needed.

You will handle cashier duties, stock shelves, assist customers, and support opening/closing tasks while embracing CVS services and loyalty programs to help people on their path to better health. Prior retail experience preferred; 16+ years old; pay is $15.00-$19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, compassion and care in all interactions.
• Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact and offer help locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties - handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with precision.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed by the store manager.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist other departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring full stock and up-to-date services.
• Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including shifts in the pharmacy.
• Embrace CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers’ health goals.
