Job summary

ALDI in Venice, FL is seeking enthusiastic part-time store associates, stockers and cashiers. You will help merchandise, stock shelves, cashier and maintain a clean store to provide an excellent shopping experience. Roles include cashier duties and stocking, with early start shifts as needed.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with scheduled increases in Years 2–5, reflecting experience and tenure. Benefits are offered and flexible hours are available for part-time positions in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail is beneficial.
• Ability to operate cash registers and related store equipment.
• Ability to follow policies and work both independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and stocking products to maintain presentation.
• Cashiering and processing customer purchases efficiently.
• Cleaning tasks to keep the store in excellent condition.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency goals.
• Assist in achieving total loss prevention goals.
• Identify hazards and help keep a safe working environment.
• Support curbside pickup orders and staging for timely delivery.
• Adhere to inventory procedures and handling guidelines.
