Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with scheduled increases in years 2–5. The positions offer flexible hours, potential benefits for full-time, and a supportive environment where reliability and customer focus are valued.

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as POS, cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and handle stock.
• Flexible to start as early as 5:00am.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and uphold service principles; escalate concerns as needed.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
• Maintain store and merchandising standards at all times.
• Stock shelves and displays per planograms; ensure proper product handling.
• Process checkout using POS; follow cash policies and procedures.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Prepare for early shifts and arrive as required.
