South Puget Sound Habitat for Humanity's Yelm store is seeking a Store Associate to provide friendly customer service, process sales at the POS, price and stage donations, and engage volunteers. The role is part-time with 15-24 hours per week, mostly on-site at the Yelm store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail/ customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as computers, pallet jacks, etc.
• Strong relationship building skills with an ability work constructively with a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and donors, delivering outstanding service.
• Collaborate with team to keep sales floor clean and organized.
• Receive payments by cash, credit cards, or debits.
• Assist pricing and staging of donated items on the sales floor.
• Engage volunteers and uphold inclusivity and teamwork across the store.
