Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate in Carmel, IN. You will provide friendly, customer-centered service, operate cash register, stock shelves, and support multiple departments including the pharmacy as needed.

Weekend availability is required, with a consistent 29-hour week. Qualifications include at least 16 years old and a High School diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties accurately (cash, checks, credit) following policies.
• Restock shelves and update pricing; assist with inventory tasks as directed.
• Support opening/closing store activities and assist multiple departments including photo/beauty.
• Assist pharmacy personnel as needed and participate in growth opportunities.
