Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to deliver friendly, customer-focused service in a fast-paced store environment. You will work closely with a team to ensure shelves are stocked, pricing is current, and customers receive attentive assistance.

The role includes cashier responsibilities, supporting pharmacy-related tasks when needed, and participation in growth opportunities. This position offers a part-time schedule with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Preferred but not required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties with accuracy and follow policies.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and assist with inventory tasks as directed.
• Support opening/closing store activities and help other departments as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when required and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
