Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Store Associate to join our customer-focused team in the retail environment. You will provide warm customer service, assist shoppers in finding items, and support cashier tasks and store operations on the sales floor.

Opportunities to work in the pharmacy may arise as part of career development. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, standing for extended periods, and the ability to lift and move items as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently.
• Must be able to stand for sustained periods and perform essential tasks on the sales floor and in the pharmacy when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and resolve potential service issues.
• Greet customers, assist with locating items, and offer help as needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties with cash, checks, and card payments.
• Maintain sales floor and inventory; update pricing and restock shelves.
• Assist with opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Support pharmacy staff and participate in pharmacy shifts when required.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
