Job summary

ALDI is hiring part-time store associates, stockers and cashiers. You will merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain a clean, organized store to deliver a great shopping experience.

Starting wage is $19.50/hour with annual increases. Roles include cashier, stocker, and store associate, with flexibility to cover shifts before 5:00am. Benefits are available per state and full-time staff receive extra perks.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment like cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, and devices.
• Follow ALDI policies and procedures, communicate clearly, and stay detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Assists store management in achieving operational efficiency goals.
• Assists store management in achieving total loss goals.
• Maintains store zones and merchandising standards at all times.
