Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate for our new location at the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, CA. You will help deliver a best-in-class retail experience by engaging customers and helping them connect online and in-store shopping journeys using our innovative technology.

You will report to the Store Manager and join a fast-paced team focused on hitting ambitious goals, while maintaining merchandising standards, stock, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Able to work with large teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the Customer’s purchase journey.
• Maintain all safety and security standards in the store and report issues.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products to customers.
• Unpack inventory and assist with stock as required.
